The staff were very helpful in locating out three rooms very close together as I had asked. In all other respects they were helpful and professional. The day we arrived was a holiday and the breakfast was 'cancelled'. Staff said it was complimentary and therefore not something we had paid for. I did not think that was honest. The next day however the breakfast was available. So just be forewarned if traveling during holidays.

Room is cozy and clean, having a tub for hot bath with high volume of hot water. space is big enough very easy to open the luggage case.

The rooms are renovated very nicely - kind of 60s-70s style, with a vacation vibe. The desk is a good size with a comfortable chair and one can work there very conveniently. The pool area is very nice and is really fun to sit there and relax, the pool itself is bigger than most in such hotels - you can really have fun there for a few hours. Also, if weather permits, you can have your breakfast by the pool.

Great hotel, fun colors, very nice saltwater pool. It was quiet. Our kid enjoyed all the color and we enjoyed the safety and cleanliness. The staff did a wonderful job of cleaning our room and were super friendly in every situation.

I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The hotel maintained a remarkable level of cleanliness while offering exceptional value for the price. The room and bathroom were very, very clean! So pleased with the housekeeping. The beds were comfy, sheets were soft, pillows were good. Nice neighborhood - lots of stores were accessible. Front desk staff upon check-in was super! Breakfast was alright. A bit basic but it served its purpose. Coffee was really good.

The staff is cheerful. The room was small but very clean. It had more than enough electrical outlets for all devices. It had a pleasant view of the pool and one could barely hear the cheerful voices of adults and children swimming. Breakfast choices were limited but of high standards. The hotel is a convenient distance to Kaiser hospital.
