I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The hotel maintained a remarkable level of cleanliness while offering exceptional value for the price. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by R.J., the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, his genuine friendliness and impeccable service set the tone for my entire visit. His attention to detail and warm demeanor truly enhanced my experience. I wholeheartedly commend R.J. for going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

The staff were very helpful in locating out three rooms very close together as I had asked. In all other respects they were helpful and professional. The day we arrived was a holiday and the breakfast was 'cancelled'. Staff said it was complimentary and therefore not something we had paid for. I did not think that was honest. The next day however the breakfast was available. So just be forewarned if traveling during holidays.

The rooms are renovated very nicely - kind of 60s-70s style, with a vacation vibe. The desk is a good size with a comfortable chair and one can work there very conveniently. The pool area is very nice and is really fun to sit there and relax, the pool itself is bigger than most in such hotels - you can really have fun there for a few hours. Also, if weather permits, you can have your breakfast by the pool.

It had a pleasant view of the pool and one could barely hear the cheerful voices of adults and children swimming. Breakfast choices were limited but of high standards. The hotel is a convenient distance to Kaiser hospital.

The room and bathroom were very, very clean! So pleased with the housekeeping. The beds were comfy, sheets were soft, pillows were good. Nice neighborhood - lots of stores were accessible.
